Before you can create a clan please read the following:
You must meet the following requirements:

The character on your account must be ranked “Staff Sergeant 1” or higher.
You must have 5,000GP available. This amount will be taken from your account when the clan is successfully created.
|
|
Please abide by the Terms and Conditions when creating a clan. Inappropriate names will not be tolerated and may cause the removal of your clan without notice.
Clan size limit starts at 25 members. Capacity can be increased to 100 (including leader and lieutenants). Items to increase the
size of the clan and add further improvements and features can be found in our item mall.
Please note that if a leader has not logged in to the game after 60 days they could be subject to Leadership Transfer to the top ranked lieutenant or member of their clan.
